How can you resist the call of the ocean?

At last my dream of taking part in the OSTAR 2009 is becoming reality. Departure day is approaching fast and Christophe (my husband), Aubin (my son) and I will be leaving the Ile aux Moines in Britanny on 19th May, bound for Plymouth, UK where we expect to arrive on 21st May.
I have always dreamed of competing in the OSTAR because I am so well aware that a single-handed crossing of the north Atlantic is far from being a piece of cake.
How can you resist the call of the ocean?

Voila, le rêve de participer à l'ostar 2009 devient réalité. Le jour "J" approche.
Avec Christophe et Aubin (respectueusement mon mari et mon fils) nous partirons de Bretagne, de l'ile aux Moines, le 19 mai, pour une arrivée prévue à Plymouth le 21.
L'Ostar est une course qui m'a toujours fait rêver,pourtant je sais que l'atlantique nord en solitaire ce n'est pas ce qui a de plus facile...
mais,mer du large, quand tu nous tient à coeur!.....
